By joining the Ouizami waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not join the waitlist.

What the Waitlist Is

The Ouizami waitlist is a free service that allows you to register your interest in our upcoming language learning platform designed to help users prepare for the TCF (Test de Connaissance du Français) exam.

What We Promise

By joining the waitlist, you will:

• Receive email notifications about Ouizami's launch and updates
• Be considered for early access when the platform becomes available
• Get information about features, pricing, and launch timeline

What We Don't Promise

Joining the waitlist does NOT guarantee:

• Access to the Ouizami platform
• Early access or priority access
• Any specific launch date or timeline
• Any particular features or pricing
• That Ouizami will launch at all

We reserve the right to invite waitlist members to the platform at our sole discretion, in any order, and in any quantity.

What You'll Receive

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive:

• Launch announcements and updates about Ouizami
• Information about early access opportunities
• Product features, pricing, and educational content related to TCF exam preparation
• Occasional surveys or feedback requests

Frequency

We will not spam you. You can expect to receive emails periodically as we progress toward launch. Frequency will vary but will typically not exceed one email per week.

Unsubscribe

You may unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time by:

• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or
• Emailing us at support@ouizami.com

Unsubscribing will remove you from all waitlist communications.

By joining the waitlist, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current email information
• Not use the waitlist for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not use automated means (bots, scripts) to join the waitlist multiple times
• Not impersonate another person or entity

All content on our website and in our communications, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mindmir or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from our website or emails without permission
• Use our name, logo, or branding without written authorization
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our website

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

No Warranty

The waitlist and our website are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindmir and its proprietor shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the website or waitlist
• Errors or inaccuracies in any content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the waitlist shall not exceed CAD $10.

This limitation applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the waitlist at any time without notice
• Change the features, pricing, or structure of Ouizami before launch
• Cancel the launch of Ouizami entirely
• Remove any member from the waitlist at our discretion

We are under no obligation to launch Ouizami or provide any service to waitlist members.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, for the resolution of any disputes.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at support@ouizami.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the new version on our website with an updated "Last updated" date.

Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email to waitlist members, and/or
• Prominent notice on our website

Your continued participation in the waitlist after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
