## What Ouizami does

Ouizami helps users practice the TCF Canada speaking and writing exams. Users complete realistic exam-format tasks and receive instant feedback graded against the official CEFR rubric.

### Speaking tasks supported

- Task 1 — Entretien dirige (guided interview, 2 minutes)
- Task 2 — Exercice en interaction (interactive role-play, 3.5 minutes)
- Task 3 — Expression d'un point de vue (point of view, 4.5 minutes)

### Writing tasks supported

- Task 1 — Short message (60-120 words): emails, responses to advertisements
- Task 2 — Article or report (120-150 words): structured writing for a specific audience
- Task 3 — Opinion essay (200+ words): argue a position with structured arguments

## What makes Ouizami different from generic AI tutors

- **Verbatim transcription.** Captures French fillers (euh, euhm, bah, hein), false starts, and disfluencies — required for accurate fluency assessment. Generic AI auto-corrects speech, masking errors students need to fix.
- **Rubric-aligned scoring.** Four CEFR categories (Adequation, Maitrise linguistique, Controle phonologique, Organisation du discours), scored 0-6 each, mapped to /20 — same structure as the official TCF rubric.
- **Error-density scoring.** Errors scored per 100 words, not absolute counts, so longer answers are not unfairly penalized.
- **Real exam timing.** Mock test mode with official TCF task durations.
